September 6-7, 2003 12th Annual Festival of Philippine Arts and Culture (FPAC). The Festival is a program of the
Association for the Advancement of Filipino American Arts & Culture (FilAm ARTS) and was first staged in Los Angeles
County in May 1992 as a project of the City of Los Angeles Cultural Affairs Department. That year, nearly 100 arts
organizations and individual artists gathered together in one event to share traditional and contemporary artistic expression
